Jure Mikolčić Elected to Fortaco’s Board of Directors

Fortaco announced on May 4th, 2026, that Jure Mikolčić has been appointed the company’s President & CEO. He has started in the role on August 1st, 2026.

#Fortaco Group Holdco Plc’s sole shareholder OEP 81 B. V., a company governed by One Equity Partners, has on 2 August 2026 made a resolution in a matter falling under the competence of the general meeting in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 1(2) of the Finnish Companies Act (624/2006, as amended) without convening a general meeting. It was resolved to elect Jure Mikolčić as the sole ordinary member of the board of directors of the company, replacing Mika Mahlberg.
